Please check the servo, do you have an original Girling?, Girling fail frequently and have a soggy pedal and can contaminate your new master cylinder.
Please see TTR-BR-055, we recommend this to replace the Girling unit.
If you use a servo we recommend a 0.75″ master cylinder not the OE 0.70″ this firms the pedal slightly and takes the spongy feel away but the brakes remain light and easy.
