Delivery & Returns

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

Tony Thompson Racing has such faith in its products that you can feel free to order and inspect, and if you are unhappy you may send it back to us within 14 days. Please inspect the product carefully as we cannot accept the return of or give a refund on goods that have been used.

The Company reserves the right to make a handling charge for goods returned.

Before returning goods for any reason, please contact us by email with your reasons for the return.

The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging, to minimize risk of damage in transit.

Refunds are for the purchase price only, less any relevant handling charge. Return shipping and insurance costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase.


Postage and Delivery

Postage is quoted per order and is dependent on customers order size and location. This is due to the unique nature of each order.


Discrepancies

Please check your goods thoroughly as any transit damage or shortages must be reported to Tony Thompson Racing within 24hrs of receipt of your goods. No claims will be considered after this period. It is your responsibility to check that you have the quantity ordered and nothing is damaged.


Old Units for Rebuild/Recondition

Some spares are supplied on an exchange basis. This means that we levy a surcharge on your old unit until it is returned. These must be assembled, complete, um-modified, drained of all fluids and suitable for us to recondition and sell to another customer. All old unit cores are marked with your invoice number upon return and we may deny your surcharge refund if we consider them to be unsuitable for repair.
Goods

If we supply incorrectly, or you receive an item which is defective, please return it to us. However, if we do not know who the part is from, or the invoice that it relates to, it is impossible to refund your money or provide a replacement.

Therefore, please include purchase details within your package. Parts returned for credit that have been correctly supplied will be subject to a 20% handling charge. Please note that, with the exception of faulty items, no goods will be considered for credit which have been retained for longer than 30 days.
