Tony and Eddie have been working closely with Safety Devices for the last 12 months, developing brand new designs in our fully Homologated Roll Cage product range.

Introducing a revolutionary new Cassette Roll Cage, designed to enable the owner/team to quickly remove and install the Roll Cage with the minimum of effort. The cage is made from T45 Carbon Steel and benefits from an optional integral seat mount so no more brackets required. The Cage encapsulates the driver into a “Survival Cell” making it one of the safest environments to be in. The Roll Cage weighs 37.5kg, (TTR-RC-003/003A).
The Roll Cage is attached to the chassis via two prefabricated steel top mounts which are welded onto the chassis, this can be pre-installed if you are purchasing a new chassis, or added to your existing chassis via a specially made Jig. This new Roll Cage is also lighter than any homologated cage currently available and of course benefits from fully certified Homologation papers.
Available in two formats: MIG welded assembly £3000 plus vat or TIG welded £3600 plus vat, this benefits from the optional integral seat mount TTR-RC-001/A £105 plus vat per side.
We have also developed a lightweight version of TTR-RC-003/A, which has a calculated weight of 32.2kg (actual weight to be announced), this has a blend of both high safety with a conscious aim to keep the weight competitively beneficial, TTR-RC-005 Mig welded £2850 plus vat, TTR-RC-005A Tig welded £3050 plus vat, this benefits from the optional integral seat mount TTR-RC-001/A £105 plus vat per side.
The last new cage to roll off our production line is a Super lightweight version of TTR-RC-003/A, this has an ultra competitive weight of 27.5kg (calculated). Tony and Eddie have developed this cage to firstly ensure driver safety but with an objective of producing a lighter cage to reduce the whole net weight of the car on the track. The price for this cage is TTR-RC-004 Mig welded £2500 plus vat, TTR-RC-004A Tig welded £2800 plus vat, this benefits from the optional integral seat mount TTR-RC-001/A £105 plus vat per side.
These prices are extremely competitive in the current market place.
We are now taking advance orders for this new exciting product for 2019.
We have also invested in our traditional Rollover, side and foot bars with front cage option by re-tooling and reconditioning the jigs to ensure accuracy and easier installation, these remain fully homologated. We insist on these being the perfect choice for fast road, track day cars, hill climb and sprint. We have developed a weld in kit to increase strength and we have an ideal type 2 cage in T45 steel for our racing community, (TTR-SE-112).
